In this post, I am going to explain that how we can share any stuff between two devices. This article is for Sharing between two WiFi enabled devices, its also called WiFi Sharing. You may share between android phones, computers and even between a computer and a android phone. Using some particular apps sharing becomes as easy as ABC.
I am giving the example of a app called 'Shareit'. This app allows you to share data, apps and other stuff between android phones and computers. The only requirement for this app is a device with WiFi support. Shareit is available for both android and windows.
I am now giving an example of sharing an app between two android devices using Shareit.
Steps:
1. Install and Open Shareit on both devices.
2. One device must be a sender and other should be a receiver. When we open the app two options appears. Click on the send button if you want to send any stuff to another device and click on the receive button to get any stuff from another device.
3. If you are sender, you may see windows in which you can select the files you want to share. Select those files you want to send. For convenience apps and other stuff are in different tabs in the window, so you can easily choose from. After selecting the stuff you want to share click Send.
4. In the next window the app starts searching another device. Make sure that the device to which you want to send the stuff has already click on receive button. Only then it will be visible to the sender device if the receiver device had clicked on Receive button.
5. Select the receiver device and that stuff starts sharing.
Note: If both the devices are connected to same WiFi then the stuff will be shared over that common WiFi and the app will not create any WiFi hotspot.
But if both the devices are not connected to the same WiFi the the app will ask you to create a WiFi hotspot. When you will use the app you will be clear about all these instructions.
There are some another ways to share stuff between two WiFi enabled devices.
Such as if the sender device and the receiver device is connected over the same WiFi then by using apps like Websharing Lite you can share easily. Suppose you have to share some files from your android device to Computer. Open the app and start sharing. Just open the address that the app show along with the password and you will be able to share files by using the app and web browser of another device.
