Hello everyone, now a days cameras have become very common. Everyone own a camera whether it's a digital camera or a camera on smartphone. We are clicking a lot of photos everyday.
Some of them we want to keep with us forever. As a result the collection of these photos becomes very big and difficult to manage. Let me tell you about my personal collection. I get into the interest of clicking photos when i got my first digital camera in 2010. In the beginning i almost click everything i see around. As of now I have a collection of about 10,000+ photos. I know it is a little difficult to believe but its true. These photos are well organised. Let me tell you how you can organise your photos.

Follow these steps to organise your photos.
- Copy all of your photos to a windows pc. Remember that first just copy, because sometimes while we cut or move unexpected error may be caused.
- If you want to sort personal or other photos differently then sort them first with your own idea. It may be a little difficult task.
- After you have sort them, place similar photos in different folders.
- Now open any particular such photos folder that you have just created. On right clicking the mouse button you will see sort by option. That option may opened into a submenu where options like name, date, time, size may be shown. First sort all the photos by clicking on sort by date or time option. This will take some time if you have a large collection and also depends upon your computer's memory and speed.
- There will be further two options to arrange photos in ascending or descending order. You may choose whatever you like. You may check some of the other sort options also.
- This will organise your photos in a very preffered way.
- Optionally if you want to arrange all photos with common name and different numerical values you can. Select all photos. Now rename any one of the photo with just one name you want. All other photos will automatically assigned a different number in a series and the good thing is that without affecting your sorting that you have done before.
- You may also check sorting related some other options in windows explorer window according to your requirement.
Thats the way how you can sort your digital photos. Further your collection depends on you, how you have sorted them.
