Hello everyone, do you know what is SEO? The full form of SEO is Search Engine Optimization. Therefore, SEO means to optimize your blog in such a way to rank higher in the Search Engine.

Why SEO?

Now firstly the question that arise is, why to optimize your blog or website for Search Engine. What are its benefits? The main motive behind SEO is to get huge traffic from the search. Initially no body knows about you and your blog, everybody search for anything on Search Engine like Google. If your blog have top rank in the search engine, then you would surely get huge traffic to your blog. This is the benefit of SEO.

You may have noticed that the websites that are too much popular always rank higher in the search engine. But why? The reason being they have well optimized there website or blog to rank higher in the search engine. That's why they get such a huge traffic. If you are a blogger, you may clearly understand why SEO is so necessary. 

How SEO?

Now the next question is, How SEO works?

As we already discussed that in SEO we have to optimize our blog or website, but how? What type of optimization is required for SEO? There are hundreds of ways to optimize your blog for SEO.

SEO starts with making your blog Search Engine friendly, but how?

Here I have listed some of the major things commonly used for SEO.

1. Use of Search Engine's Webmaster Tools (Major Search engines provides a facility called Webmaster Tools which you can use to get your website indexed in the search engine and to rank higher)
2. Use of Keywords (Keywords that are commonly searched in the search engine, if used in the website or blog's content may rank your blog or website higher in the search engine)
3. Use of SEO ready templates (There are many templates which use some special tags or widgets which can help your blog for SEO)
4. More Posting Frequency (More the number of posts you write, more your blog will be noticed by the search engines)

Similarly, there are hundreds of more tips and tricks used for SEO. SEO simply increases your website or blog's organic traffic.

Beginning with SEO

So, how to begin with SEO? Here I have listed some of the ways which you can opt for SEO of your blog or website.

Ensure that your Blog is fit for SEO. This the first thing, you must check. Before thinking of SEO you much check whether your blog or website is fit for SEO or not. How can you check this, here are some ways to check it.

• Do your website or blog has good template that is fit for SEO?
• Do you have sufficient pages on your blog or website?
• Do you have enough number of good posts?
• Do your blog have good navigation? 

Once, you ensure the above things, now you can opt for webmaster tools to get your website indexed in the search engine.

Now its the turn of tips and tricks for SEO. There are hundreds of posts available online where you can find the tips and tricks for SEO. Try them.
